This policy explains what information we collect through this website, why, and what we do with it. "We" means Ansh Dhanda, an independent tutor based in India.

Who fills in our forms

Our students are children and teenagers. Our forms are meant to be filled in by a parent or legal guardian, not by the student. If you are under 18, please ask a parent or guardian to contact us. If we learn that a child has sent us information directly, we will delete it.

What we collect

Parent or guardian details: name, email address and phone or WhatsApp number.
Student details you choose to share: your child's name, grade, subject, learning goals and preferred lesson times.
Basic website data: if analytics or advertising tools are switched on (see below), they may record pages visited, the device and browser used, and whether a form was submitted.

How we use it

To reply to your request and arrange a free trial class.
To plan and run lessons, and to share progress with you.
To send reminders and follow-up messages about tutoring by email, text or WhatsApp, if you agreed to this on the form. You can ask us to stop at any time.
To understand how people find this website and whether our advertising works.

We do not sell your information. We do not use your child's information for advertising.

Services we use

To run this website we may use third-party services, for example a form service to receive submissions, an email or WhatsApp tool to send messages, and Google or Meta analytics and advertising tools. They process data on our behalf under their own privacy policies. Data may be stored or processed outside your country, including in India and the United States.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to respond and, if you become a client, for as long as tutoring continues and a reasonable period afterwards. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Your choices

Ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you or your child.
Stop marketing messages at any time by replying STOP, or by telling us by email or WhatsApp.
